David and I, in 2003, have been using the Internet going on 10 years each. The Internet is more than a place to buy things. It houses information about almost any subject imaginable. It allows people to group together that at one time wouldn't have even known about each other.
Our favorite of all search engines has to be Google.com
We like it because it usually has what we are looking for in the first 4 pages. (Not that this is a requirement for having a great search engine.) Google has
gone to great lengths to sort out and manage the websites it indexes.
Google has been around for years and rumor has it that the database that houses all the websites is spread over 10,000 computers. (That *must* be a big building) Another great thing about Google is they take time to change the rules and reevaluate websites that they have indexed. Yearly, they take the rules and re-index the cataloged websites so you have a fresh search.
